How does the ordering process work?

1. Free consultation

orderWe like to meet all our customers face to face – we can do this over the phone, but we prefer to do it over a coffee.

During the consultation we will find out all about you and your business, analyse the main objectives of your new site, what functionality you require and draw up a plan for a new SimpliSite tailored to your requirements.

2. You Order your SimpliSite

If you are happy with the site plan and want to proceed then just get in touch and we’ll set the ball rolling.

3. We create a layout for your site

If you already have a logo and company branding then we will ask you to supply these so we can brand your SimpliSite layout.

If you have no branding or would like bespoke graphics for your SimpliSite then these can be custom built at extra cost.

4. We construct your site

Once the previous steps have been fulfilled we construct and upload your SimpliSite as soon as possible (typically this takes 1 – 2 working days)

Once it’s complete we will email you full instructions on logging in and adding content, then you’re ready to go (but we’ll be easy to contact if you get into any difficulties!)

5. We help you as much as we can!

We don’t just stop once your SimpliSite is up and running

We strive to give you as the best advice and help to keep your SimpliSite providing you with results – you can expand functionality by installing add-ons and use our extensive (and growing) range of tutorials and articles to keep ahead of the pack!
